We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Client Services Manager to oversee a subset of client accounts and ensure that our clients receive world-class digital marketing and superior client service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding client expectations and ensuring all work is completed with client KPIs in mind. The Client Services Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a subset of client accounts to ensure client satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs
  • Work as liaison with the Marketing team (Paid, Social, and SEO) and other Tractorbeam Departments to develop and maintain strong knowledge of products and services to provide solutions to clients
  • Oversee media budget and ensure campaigns are running efficiently
  • Confidently communicate initiatives, strategies, and results
  • Create and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved on time
  • Monitor and analyze client metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and participate in client meetings, presentations, and conference calls with appropriate follow-ups and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation
  • QAs all client reporting
  • Ensure tasks are created, assigned, and completed in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Must live in the DFW area and be willing to come into the office a minimum of 2 days a week
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in client services management (4+ years), preferably in a B2C environment
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Google Analytics
  • Results-driven with strong analytical skills and experience working with performance data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, and demeanor), interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities
  • Experience with project/task management tools, such as Wrike
  • A passion for driving client growth, surpassing expectations, and continual growth in your role
  • Availability to travel as needed
