Job Details: Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
Answers any service contract questions and responsible for maintaining of shared inbox.
Invoices for billable customers for time and materials, rental deal structures as well as, Insightful Data Analytics.
Responsible for drafting return on investment reports for sales team.
Has the opportunity to learn cross functional responsibilities for logistics.
