Pastry Chef – Atera
Atera is seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional with strong leadership skills, a collaborative spirit, and a deep love for the art of pastry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of pastry production, from menu design to execution.
Collaborate closely with Executive Chef Ronny Emborg to develop and refine innovative, premium-quality desserts.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the pastry team, fostering skill development and creativity.
Ensure consistency, organization, and cleanliness in all pastry operations.
Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in pastry kitchen management.
Expertise in a wide range of pastry techniques, including chocolate work, sugar work, and bread.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Deep understanding of restaurant operations and a commitment to excellence.
Open availability and flexibility required.
