Job Description

Job Description:

VVater are looking for a driven and resourceful Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for technical, professional, and hourly roles across VVater. You will partner closely with hiring managers, craft targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver a world-class candidate experience that supports our rapid growth in water-technology and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process—from intake meeting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, to onboarding hand-off—for positions ranging from engineers and operators to corporate staff.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, targeted outreach, employee referrals, campus programs, and industry events.
  • Draft compelling job ads, maintain ATS requisitions, and ensure postings comply with federal, state (e.g., Texas Labor Code), and EEO guidelines.
  • Conduct structured phone screens and evaluate candidates against role requirements, technical competencies, and VVater's core values.
  • Advise hiring managers on interview best practices, labor-market data, compensation benchmarks, and selection decisions; facilitate debriefs and calibrations to ensure fair, objective hiring.
  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate NPS, diversity ratios) and prepare weekly dashboards for HR and executive leadership.
  • Coordinate interview logistics—onsite, virtual, or plant tours—providing a seamless, professional candidate experience.
  • Represent VVater at career fairs, trade conferences, and university events to strengthen our employer brand in the water-treatment and cleantech sectors.
  • Collaborate with HR on onboarding, workforce planning, and talent-pipeline initiatives; maintain accurate records in the ATS and HRIS for audit readiness.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes through technology, automation, and feedback loops to support scalable hiring as the company expands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing, engineering, technology, or related industries.
  • Proven sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative talent-attraction techniques.
  • Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Rippling, Lever, Greenhouse, BreezyHR) and proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • Strong interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws (EEO, OFCCP) and best practice hiring standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, engaging communication style and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

**As a part of our process to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of all applicants, assessment tests are required as part of our recruitment process. Unfortunately, should you elect not to participate in completing the assessment tests, your application will not be able to progress to the next stage or be considered during evaluation.
