Senior Digital Marketing Associate

We're growing fast and seeking a multi-talented Senior Digital Marketing Associate with strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, creative design and ad creative strategy, AI, and account management.

What You'll Do:

Paid Ads & Strategy (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

  • Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Handle initial account setups including pixel installation, conversion tracking, and goal setup across platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy optimization.
  • Write high-converting ad copy tailored to each platform and audience segment.
  • Continuously test and iterate headlines, creatives, and landing pages to improve CTR, ROAS, and CPA.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver data-backed insights to internal teams and clients.
  • Monitor budget pacing, tracking accuracy, and campaign effectiveness across accounts.

Creative Development

  • Develop scroll-stopping video and image ads and social media content
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative creative to drive conversions.
  • Create and manage Creator Content campaigns, content briefs, and collaboration with influencers/creators.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment in all visual and written creatives.
  • Use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere, After Effects, and AI tools to produce assets.

Client Account Management

  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, trend analyses, and campaign recommendations.
  • Manage timelines, updates, communications, and ensure strong organization across accounts.
  • Incorporate client feedback and proactively flag opportunities for testing or improvement.
  • Deliver campaign presentations and collaborate cross-functionally.

Email Marketing

  • Strategize and execute email flows including abandoned cart, welcome series, and promotions as well as email blasts.
  • A/B test subject lines, content, send times, and audience segments.
  • Ensure consistency with brand voice and work closely with design and copy teams.

AI Strategy & Services

  • Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to streamline workflows, optimize ads, and improve results.
  • Use advanced prompting techniques and tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Make.com, Midjourney, Zapier, and others.
  • Conduct AI audits to assess client readiness, tool usage, and automation opportunities.
  • Assist in delivering AI consulting, software automation, training, and custom solutions.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in AI for marketing, business operations, and digital advertising.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on management of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing tools, campaign setup, and testing strategies.
  • Solid working knowledge of AI tools, prompt engineering, and automation platforms.
  • Proven experience with initial ad account setup, tracking installation, and diagnostics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools like Premiere, etc.
  • Ability to produce and test high volumes of creative, copy, and performance iterations.
  • Very organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
  • Strong communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, campaign KPIs, and ad performance analysis.
  • A passion for digital marketing and growing businesses.
  • Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences.
