In the Atlanta area, we are seeking a SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER with chemical manufacturing experience. This position will cover the operations in the US.. This position will ensure supply chain operations in the US, ensuring and optimizing demand and supply of raw materials for production with optimal levels of inventory related to cost, quality, and levels. This position will work closely with the Sales & Marketing department and the production facilities. Drive continuous Process Improvement in alignment with Supply Chain business partners (CS / Logistics & Procurement) Support the customer complaints process Material Master Data Management Ensure the monthly fixed activities required to support the monthly planning cycle are implemented effectively. Manage the monthly demand planning process. Manage the monthly supply planning process & ensure it is aligned with demand. Inventory management (SMOG) Manage Intercompany flows Implement and manage target product availability with the commercial team, set appropriate stocking strategies, planning parameters, define optimal target inventory, and measure against plan. Implement BU improvement plans & roll out defined KPI’s to monitor and correct underperformance.
